The key to the continued success of our house building business is the procurement of quality sites with development potential.Beyond green field sites we are keen to acquire existing characterful buildings that lend themselves to conversion to dwellings such as agricultural, ecclesiastical and older commercial premises providing a challenge in their transformation into living accommodation for the most discerning of customer whilst preserving our national heritage.
We will consider any land or conversions in North Yorkshire with or without planning permission and would accordingly be happy to discuss the development potential of any specific site.
