From contemporary new builds, to stone barn conversions our portfolio is diverse, unique and above all impressive.The first photograph to the right shows a group of stone built barns in the Yorkshire Dales that we have recently converted to form three dwellings of enviable quality & location.
Below is Gowlands Farm near Green Hammerton. The farm buildings together with the farm house are located amidst beautiful open countryside off the A59 York to Harrogate road. They have been developed into 3 high quality barn conversions to provide luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
The third image is The Orchard at Cherry Burton near Beverley in East Yorkshire. It is an exclusive development of three prestigous newly built detached houses with spacious living accommodation and the highest internal specification.
The next four images to the right are of our Award Winning scheme in Malton, North Yorkshire. Named 'Sylvan' this development consists of five imaginative contemporary detached houses, stunningly light and airy they are designed and built with every detail forming an integral part of these individual properties.
Below is High Farm, Westow, a development of one conversion and three new builds situated in the North Yorkshire village of Westow which won us the Ryedale District Council's award for Good Design & Construction
The next artist's impression is of a devlopment of 10 flats in the centre of the East Yorkshire town of Beverely. Situated on Lairgate in Beverely, these flats consist of one studio and 9 two bed apartments.
